I became a parent and everything changed. Not just my life, but my understanding of everything I had survived and everything I was determined to do differently.

I am a cycle-breaking parent myself. I know what it means to grow up in a family where your instincts were dismissed, where staying small felt safer, and where the support you needed simply was not there. Becoming a parent made it impossible to stay small anymore. It became the reason this work exists.

This combination of lived experience and professional training is what makes this work different. I am deeply passionate about my education and training but you are not just working with someone with a degree. You are working with someone who has lived this.

And I know how it feels to be handed a thousand maps to a single destination and not know which one to trust. Professionals, experts, social media voices, friends, family, even strangers all seem to have opinions about what you should do and how you should do it. Instead of clarity it can leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, and questioning yourself. Especially when questioning yourself was already something you were taught to do.

That is where this work is different. I offer a space where you do not have to filter yourself or defend your parenting. A space without shame, blame, or judgment. Together we slow things down and look at what is actually happening. We work collaboratively, as a team, honoring your wisdom as a parent while I bring professional insight, experience, and practical tools to support you.

My role is not to hand you a script. It is to support you in strengthening what I call your informed intuition. The place where knowledge, understanding, and your own inner knowing come together. When parents learn to trust that place, decisions become clearer, confidence grows, and parenting begins to feel less like guesswork and more like a grounded intentional relationship.

Breaking cycles can be lonely work. Often you are doing it without a village, without models to follow, and without anyone in your corner who truly gets it. That is where I come in. You already know your child better than anyone. What I offer is a steady, informed presence beside you as you navigate the hardest and most important work of your life. Becoming the parent you needed, for the child you love.
